RALEIGH, N.C. — Two women were arrested after a fight broke out at a Waffle House early Wednesday.
Shaqura Tyeisha Cobb, 29, and Teresa Michelle Jones, 40, both of Raleigh, were charged with intoxicated and disruptive conduct.
A fight among several women started inside the Waffle House at 3703 New Bern Avenue and continued into the parking lot.
Jones told WRAL News that she was not intoxicated and that police did not do a field sobriety test before charging her. She claims she was trying to remove Cobb from the fight when police arrived.
