2 more arrested in shooting of 9-year-old daughter and mother in Robeson County

Authorities in Robeson County arrested two more people, including a 15-year-old, in connection with the shooting that wounded a 9-year-old and her mother.

LUMBERTON, N.C. — Authorities in Robeson County arrested two more people, including a 15-year-old, in connection with the shooting that wounded a 9-year-old and her mother.

Tonight the sheriff said deputies, U.S. Marshals and Lumberton police arrested the teen and 24-year-old Joshua Locklear at a motel.

Locklear is charged with accessory after the fact and more. He's being held on a $100,000 bond.

The teen was dealt several charges, including assault with a deadly weapon.

Three people were already facing charges connected to the shooting: a 14-year-old boy, a 16-year-old and a 21-year-old man.
