Two men are dead and two other men are injured after a shooting in Fayetteville that happened just before 3:30 Wednesday morning. 

The father of a one year old and a teenager with dreams of going into the military are dead. The two were shot and killed this morning. Two others were wounded in a shooting on Rembrandt Drive W R L Fayetteville reporter Gilbert Bay shares an emotional interview with the brother of one of the victims who died. So this is Rembrandt Drive and we're told the victims were outside that home right there when the shots rang out. It hurts, it hurts, it hurts, it hurts. I just talked to my brother last week. Al Darius Elliott is talking about his brother, 18 year old Al Jerez Elliot. He was one of four people shot outside his home on Rembrandt Drive. He and 24 year old Alsie Diamond died. I know that they were outside and they said that a car had pulled up and started shooting. We're told there were several people in that car. Investigators have not released any information about the vehicle. Police spent several hours gathering evidence. Witnesses say they heard more than a dozen shots. The two men who died were cousins Diamond had a one year old child Elliott enough credits to graduate early from Terry Sanford High School in December. But he spent the past couple of months waiting for graduation day at Cape Fair High. His brother says he was all set to join the military and now he's gone. That's my baby brother. I don't have any more brothers. Now, I'm the, I'm the last boy. Now. The family that was planning a graduation party is making final arrangements for a life taken too soon and sending a message to the killers. I pray that they get what's coming to them not only through justice but to God himself. So favorable police asking anyone who has security cameras footage or knows anything about what happened this morning to give them a call in favorable Gilbert Bays wre news. Just so so so sad. We are told that two other victims were rushed to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, one in critical condition. The other we're told is going to be ok physically at least.

Hi, everyone. Meteorologist Anthony Baglione here on this Thursday where of course, we're tracking a whole lot of sunshine here across the state. We take a look outside. It is beautiful out there. Sunshine. We have warm temperatures on the way for us today. Let's talk about the kind of what we have headed this way over the next couple of days. Besides the sunshine. Today, we have a warm Thursday ahead. It's gonna be hot today near 90 this afternoon. Spotty storms though into tomorrow looks like mainly after about two o'clock into tomorrow evening. Spotty is gonna be a good word for it and I'll show you future cast here in just a second. Better rain chances though by the time we get into our Sunday afternoon, Sunday evening, that will be a time period to plan on some rainfall coming through. Otherwise we go today to 87 this afternoon. Some spots Fayetteville, for instance, could hit 90. Certainly. I think it's a good bet for us. 40% chance of some showers and storms though. Tomorrow afternoon does jump up though into Sunday mainly during the evening and then Sunday night, talking about tomorrow though. We do from the storm prediction center have out a risk of some strong to severe storms. The overall threat as it stands right now looks very low. This does not look like a huge severe weather event, but they have us outline in that potential. Nonetheless, we go through futurecast. Here's lunchtime on our Friday. We may have a couple light areas of rainfall. By that point. I think the better chances that would be again after two o'clock or so, mainly from the triangle to the south could see a few pop up storms. This is not a widespread tons of rainfall kind of event for us. And then this gets out of here, maybe just a few lingering spotty showers into tomorrow night for the most part though. If you're headed out into the next couple of days, no big problems until we get into our Sunday with more rain. We go to 87 today, 83 tomorrow, really cooling off there with the rainfall into Sunday at 6365 on Monday. Like I said, best chances of rain come in for us into Sunday afternoon, Sunday night and then should be tapering off by the time we get into early Monday morning of next week.
