2 Cary Roads to Close for Sewer Work
Two Cary streets will be closed this week so crews can work on area sewer lines.
Posted — UpdatedCary Pines Drive will be closed at the intersection with Evans Road from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, and officials said drivers who need to access Cary Pines Drive should use Needle Park Drive. The closing will allow utility work on the Wild Weasel Way Water and Sewer Extension Project.
East Cedar Street will be closed between Academy Street and Walker Street from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and Nov. 19-21, and officials said drivers should use Chatham Street to access Academy Street. The closing is necessary to perform sewer line maintenance.
