19-year-old shot in the back inside Winston-Salem home
A teenager is recovering after being shot in the back in Winston-Salem.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A teenager is recovering after being shot in the back in Winston-Salem.
WXII reports the shooting occurred Tuesday around 1:10 a.m. on the 2900 block of Trent Street.
The investigation revealed the 19-year-old was inside her home when someone fired several gunshots into the house.
The 19-year-old was hit in her back. She was treated at a hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.
Police believe this is an isolated incident.
