<b>FORT BRAGG, N.C.</b> — A 19-year-old man who admitted that he sexually abused a 5-year-old girl at his mother's daycare will be sentenced in federal court Friday.

Timothy R. Lukens told police that while his mother went to a doctor's appointment on Feb. 10, he watched the children in her daycare, which was operated at their house at 212 S. Dougherty Drive.

He admitted to police that he performed a sex act on the girl in a bathroom, according to an indictment.

The girl told her father's fiancee that she had been &quot;touched&quot; by &quot;Tim,&quot; according to the indictment. The girl's statements were reported to military police on Fort Bragg who then turned the case over to the FBI.
