18-wheeler tips over at New Bern Ave. and I-440

Raleigh, N.C. — An 18-wheeler tipped over Thursday morning on a ramp at Interstate 440 East and New Bern Avenue.

Sky 5 showed the truck on its side with at least three police vehicles and two tow trucks parked nearby.

The ramp was closed at Exit 13 for U.S. Highway 64.

There was no report on whether or not there were injuries or which company the truck belonged to.
