Twenty-eight players are making the team for the second, third, or fourth season and two have made it all four years.

Lumberton, Jack Britt, and Havelock led the way with three selections each. The first-of-its-kind team has a first team and a second team with two wrestlers per weight class, then 12 honorable mention wrestlers regardless of weight class.

For the Falcons (9-3), sophomore pitcher Maddox Moore struck out seven batters in five innings, allowing just three hits. Eli Graham (three RBIs) and Brice Knox each had three hits while Cole Blevins (one RBI) had two and Drew Burton had one.

East Rowan, West Rowan pick up tournament wins; No. 8 Northwest Guilford falls

Northwest Guilford had four errors against West Rowan, while East Rowan had 13 hits against Mooresville.
