100 year old fire truck restored in Louisburg
Maude is an old firetruck which the Louisburg Volunteer Fire Department acquired in the 1920s. Shortly after it rolled into town, Maude helped save Louisburg College from a devastating fire. Now, volunteers have helped save the truck. It's been restored to its original splendor and is always the showcase of the local Christmas parade.
