1 killed, 2 injured in shooting at Durham Circle K

DURHAM, N.C. — The Durham Police Department said they are investigating a fatal shooting in Durham Saturday night.

1 person was killed and 2 others were hurt during a shooting in Durham Saturday night.

Police said officers were dispatched to a shooting call in the 100 block of West Woodcroft Parkway shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

When officers arrived, police said they found three people who had been shot.

Durham police said one victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have not confirmed if a suspect is in custody.
