'No screaming kids' allowed at Carolina Beach restaurant

If your kids might scream, don't go to Olde Salty restaurant in Carolina Beach.
WRAL-TV reports that the restaurant has posted a sign that reads "screaming children will not be tolerated." Crying babies seem to be OK though, at least according to the owner. Watch the video for more details.
So would the sign make you more or less inclined to eat there?
