RALEIGH, N.C. — Investigators with the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State raided a Raleigh business Wednesday after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip that counterfeit DVDs were being sold there.

According to a search warrant, investigators seized 416 DVDs, 345 video games and a number of other media items capable of storing information from the Naked Swirl business at 14460 New Falls of Neuse Road.

Investigators did not say what the value of the items taken was but that they were in violation of the state's counterfeit trademark laws.

No arrests were made Wednesday.
