'Ignite Raleigh' comes to the Lincoln Theatre
Ignite Raleigh came to the Lincoln Theatre Wednesday evening. The free event, organized by the Triangle startup company, OurHashtag, brought together members of the Raleigh community to ponder ideas.

During the event, community-chosen speakers were given five minutes on stage to present his/her idea.
Two featured presenters were Ryan P. Allis, co-founder and CEO of iContact, an e-mail marketing company, and Shawn Rocco, photojournalist with the News & Observer.
Presentation topics included bringing wireless Internet to all of Raleigh and why the Triangle is better than Silicon Valley.
The Fuquay-Varina-based comedy duo, Rhett and Link, also preformed for participants.
