The N.C. Zoo will remain closed through at least Monday because of icy walkways.
The zoo has been closed for most of the last two weeks because of the winter weather. The Asheboro destination is about 90 minutes from the Triangle.
But just because people aren't having fun at the zoo, doesn't mean the animals aren't. The zoo posted a video of its polar bear having a blast in her snowy home last week.
