Wreck damages Wake County bridge
An early morning wreck Tuesday damaged part of a bridge on Capital Boulevard in Wake County.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — An early morning wreck Tuesday damaged part of a bridge on Capital Boulevard in Wake County.
The wreck happened at about 1:30 a.m. north of Burlington Mills Road.
Crews were on the scene directing traffic until the Department of Transportation could repair the concrete guardrail. There was no word on when it would be fixed or what caused the crash.
