Fayetteville, N.C. — The WRAL News family welcomes its newest addition: 3-day-old Silas Alexander Mims.
Silas is the son and first child of WRAL reporter Bryan Mims and his wife, Allison. He was born Sunday afternoon at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Silas came into the world 21 inches long, weighing 7 pounds and 13 ounces and sporting a crop of dark hair.
Mom and baby went home from the hospital on Tuesday.
