NC State game featured on WRAL-TV

Published: 2012-01-31 15:58:00
Updated: 2012-01-31 16:00:15

On Wednesday, WRAL-TV will air ACC basketball, pushing regularly scheduled primetime programs into the overnight hours.

North Carolina State at Boston College is scheduled to air at 8 p.m.

"Greatest Super Bowl Commercials," which is scheduled for CBS at 8 p.m., can be seen at 1:37 a.m. "Criminal Minds" is scheduled to be broadcast at 2:37 a.m.

The basketball game should be over by 10 p.m., but should it go past that time, WRAL-TV will join "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" in progress. Wednesday's CSI is a repeat.

Because of the chance that basketball lasts more than two hours, it is recommended that viewers record the entire block from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. to ensure getting entire episodes of "Super Bowl Commercials" and "Criminal Minds."

Wow!

why?

I live in North Carolina but we're in a South Carolina market. We have directv but all our locals are Myrtle Beach and Florence stations. One channel there has some of these games featured...channel 21, other than that, a lot of Southeastern N.C. has to depend on Fox Sports South or ESPN. It doesn't seem right, but that's the way it is.

Isn't there some way to use ESPN3 on your computer to watch the games? My son told me about it but I've never actually used it. Good luck......

Sometimes it will work (espn 3) and sometimes, most the time , it doesn't. It would be nice to be able to watch all of the games we love through the web without having to pay extra for it.

Here again, why can't you put game on Fox 50??? Leave the number one primetime lineup alone. We look forward all week to seeing a specific show, only to find out that the GM of WRAL is a basketball fan. Thanks alot

yay!!! go pack!

I think it stinks. Wral should have a special sports channel for extracurricular programing.

You Tar Heel Fans; Get Over It. You are the worst fans that have to have every thing your way. Don't you know how to use the DVR or VCR? It's Ok when they Televise the UNC games, isn't it? BIG BABIES!
