Audio change has some hearing Spanish

Recent technology upgrades at WRAL-TV have resulted some of our viewers, especially those with older model TVs, hearing Spanish or no audio at all when they try to watch us.

We think we've tracked down the problem, but if you still hear Spanish or some other audio when you should hear WRAL, follow these steps to reconcile the problem.

Tune your TV to WRAL
Press the "audio" or "SAP" button on your remote control until the word "English" appears on the screen.
Turn the TV off and on

If that does not work, look for an audio menu on your television and select "main audio" or "stereo audio." Again, make the change while you are tuned to WRAL-TV.

Why is it that English broadcasters make an effort to broadcast SAP in Spanish; however, not one of the Spanish broadcasters broadcast SAP in English.

I think this is wrong and a form of racism.
