A HUGE spider on I-40

Posted September 15, 2011

Watch out drivers, there is a HUGE spider on Interstate 40 near Airport Boulevard! Sally Smith, who works on our assignment desk, spotted the creepy creature crawling on a traffic camera, and I had to share it with you. Stay safe out there :)

Thanks to @bus15237 on Twitter, who alerted me that Pittsburgh's KDKA had the same problem.

Sorry folks, but this can't be called an actual spider until it's been confirmed by the government....

It's probably actually an itty-bitty guy who just looks big due to his position on the camera lens. But I agree........CREEPY!

Did anyone notice that there is no traffic on the side with the spider? Perhaps he is eating all those cars!!

Thank goodness the president's visit was yesterday or else a major security breach would have been at hand. I hope the vice-president has been re-routed.....
