  • Understand store coupon policies for local grocery and drug stores
  • Understand best prices for meat, fruits, vegetables, dairy, whole grains and more and how to find those low prices

    Hi Barbiedoll,

Sorry you can't make it on 11/1. You can see the full list of WRAL workshops scheduled through January at this link: will also be adding the 2015 WRAL classes sometime in the next few weeks. Not sure about those dates yet.

swynn406 - thanks for your interest in taking a class! I teach in rural areas within about an hour of Raleigh all the time. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to travel more than about an hour from Raleigh these days and I do not have any classes scheduled in Roanoke Rapids at this time. Every once in a while I teach in Rocky Mount or Wilson, which isn't too terribly far from Roanoke Rapids. Hopefully I will have one of those classes in the spring that you can attend. In the meantime, you may want to read the series of articles I wrote at the beginning of the year that covers a good deal of couponing and frugal living information taught in the class. You can find the Step by Step Frugal Living Guide on the home page of the blog and here:

I live in Roanoke visiting the Raleigh area but it is too far to drive for grocery shopping. Any chance that you will be taking the coupon class on the road to some of the more rural areas?
