You obviously are not from Raleigh so you have no clue the meaning or context of certain words and phrases used for generations by Raleigh natives, so go play somewhere else.

"RPD needs to step up its game." pbsm

You can't change a cultural issue simply with police presence.

"RPD needs to step up its game." pbsm

I think your community needs to police itself.

Why in the world cannot I not get through in citing her obvious disinterest in the welfare of others? Her arrest record is atrocious and I would bet money that this was payback. If they really wanted to kill her, they could have (unless the person is from Henderson where their aim absolutely stinks).

Whats all this Mapquest stuff you are talking about? With that name it was downtown.

"Downtown Blvd meaning it led to downtown. Your lines don't even include Fire Station 1 which has always been considered the downtown station. You also aren't including Amtrak or greyhound which were also considered downtown from the time they were built. You also exclude Moore square."
    Truth Time

In the 50s if I told someone I would meet them "downtown" theywould hardly think I meant firestation #1 or Moore Sq. They would most likely ask me which end of Fayetteville Street I would be, Memorial Auditorium end or the Capitol end.
