Woman shot during robbery attempt at Durham ATM
Investigators say a man in a ski mask approached the 38-year-old woman at the Coastal Federal Credit Union at 3125 Shannon Road around 8:45 p.m.

When she was not able to withdraw money from the ATM, they say, he shot her in the leg.
She was taken to a local hospital, where she was recovering Monday night.
Further details of the crime weren't available, and authorities have not released a description of who they are seeking.
It's unclear if the man stole any money.
