<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A woman robbed a Fayetteville bank Tuesday morning, police said.

The woman walked into Carter Bank & Trust at 697 Country Club Drive shortly before 10:30 a.m., demanded money from a teller and left in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

She was described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 130 pounds, wearing a white scarf, a light tan trench coat, dark dress pants and black boots.

Anyone with information about the robbery or who can identify the woman is asked to call Detective A. Stevens with the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-391-0053 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
