Two days after he was thrown from his boat in Falls Lake, divers took to the water on Wednesday to resume the search for Claude Woodrow Weaver Jr. of Butner.
Weaver was fishing with Tammy Oakley Albright of Durham Monday afternoon when the pair were thrown from the boat, which continued to circle in the water.

Doug Fletcher, a friend, said other boaters were able to pull Albright to safety, but found only Weaver's hat and sunglasses.

The North Carolina Wildlife Commission searched Monday until it became too dark and again on Tuesday morning.

"Search and rescue units will go back out on the water to conduct surface searches, shoreline searches and searches with their equipment on the boat," Lt. Wes Barger with the North Carolina Wildlife Commission said.
