A woman was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after a shooting in a home on Pacific Avenue in west Fayetteville, police said. 

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — A woman was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after a shooting in a home on Pacific Avenue in west Fayetteville, police said. 

The woman's name and condition were not released, but investigators said the 28-year-old was shot inside the home about 6:30 a.m. and taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center by non-emergency personnel. 

Fayetteville police did not have any suspects and didn't release any other information about the shooting. 

No other details were immediately available.
