What's with all the pedestrians being hit by cars these days? Are people all walking in the streets, or just not looking before they cross a street. Unbelievable!!!!

Pedestrians do kind of have the right away. Especially if theres no cross walk or a sign that says when and not to walk

It's almost as if they're stumbling into the streets late at night like a pack of zombies.

I was going to say the same thing. Raleigh has stories almost every other day on them and other counties off and on a bunch lately too. People really need to watch out for cars and cars for people.
