NASHVILLE, TN — A woman told police she was raped by a security guard at this year's Country Music Association Festival earlier this month.

The woman said she was in an artist tent at Riverfront Park when she met the guard.

She told police they began kissing and that's when she was sexually assaulted.

The guard denied those allegations. He said there was never any physical contact.

No charges have been filed in the case as the investigation continues.

A spokeswoman for the CMA Fest said the private guard was not an employee of the Country Music Association.
