Calabash, N.C. — A winning Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold in North Carolina at the Minuteman Food Mart in Calabash.
The lucky ticket sold at the small gas station's convenience store matched all five white balls drawn, beating odds of 1 in 11.7 million. The ticket was declared a winner on Saturday.
On Sunday, a lottery player who bought a ticket in Tennessee won a $421 million grand prize.
The jackpot annuity for Wednesday's drawing is $40 million, worth $24.2 million cash.
