Durham, N.C. — Beer, food and local music, sounds like the perfect Sunday! 

The Durham Performing Arts Center, Sam's Quik Shop and Tyler's Restaurant & Taproom have teamed up to bring you the first Bull City Food & Beer Experience on Feb. 24.

The event, which is being held at the DPAC, starts at 4 p.m. and will include special appearances from the owners of three of the premier craft breweries in the country - Ken Grossman (Sierra Nevada), Kim Jordan (New Belgium- Fat Tire) and Dale Katechis (Oskar Blues).  

During the four-hour event, guests will be able to sample food from more than 20 local restaurants and beer from more than 50 local and national breweries. Food will be paired with North Carolina beers and a variety from around the world. 

And did we mention there will also be live music? 

Admission to the Bull City Food & Beer Experience includes:

• Souvenir glass and tasting notebook
• Food sampling from 20 of Durham's finest restaurants and beer tastings from more than 50 breweries.
• Keynote Speakers – Ken Grossman (Sierra Nevada), Kim Jordan (New Belgium) and Dale Katechis (Oskar Blues)

This event is a fundraising event to benefit the Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association.
