Wilson man, woman dead in apparent murder-suicide
Police said Monday that they are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman in Wilson as a murder-suicide.

Officers went to a home in the 1700 block of Chelsea Drive at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday to check on the well-being of the residents. After they received no response from inside the home, the officers contacted a neighbor who was able to get them in the home.
A man's body was found inside, and police said he had been shot. A woman who had been shot also was found in the home, and she died early Monday at WakeMed in Raleigh, police said.
The identities of the two victims haven't been released.
