Wilson man accused of peeping under pregnant woman's skirt

Posted February 6, 2013

— Raleigh police have arrested a Wilson man who they say was caught trying to take cellphone photos under a pregnant woman's skirt.

Bradley Silcott, 26, was arrested Jan. 28 after, authorities say, he was observed on surveillance video following the woman and her child into Target, at 8651 Brier Creek Parkway, on Jan. 10 and sticking his phone under her skirt, pulling it away and then immediately looking at the screen.

Silcott, of 3440 Ward Blvd., Apt. 10, is charged with felony secret peeping. He was jailed and later released on a $5,000 bond.

According to a warrant, released Wednesday, to search several storage devices belonging to Silcott, investigators are also looking into the possibility that he has done the same thing in Wilson.
