<b>GEORGETOWN, TEXAS</b> — On July 18, deputies with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office arrested Richard Acuna, Jr., a correctional officer with the Williamson County Jail.

Deputies located drugs in Acuna's vehicle. Acuna has been charged with possession of controlled substance, a 2nd degree felony.

A spokesperson for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office told the Hill Country Tribune this evening that Acuna was on the clock and that the controlled substance was found in his personal vehicle.
