Will firing up blender for margaritas spark a government inquiry?

State Sen. Harry Brown is worried, and wants a government health review of noise that might be generated by wind energy farms. Just how much noise does a typical wind turbine generate? Industry documents indicate the level is about 55 decibels, about that of a home air conditioner -- less than a vacuum cleaner, a blender, or a lawnmower. So, if there's a concern about the noise from a wind turbine, could firing up a blender to mix a margarita or daiquiri, be a state investigation?
