RALEIGH, N.C. — Early in-person voting, what some people call the "one-stop" absentee voting period, began Oct. 20 and runs through 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5.
Each of the state's 100 counties sets its own times and places for absentee voting, so the availability across the state varies.
Voters can find more early voting information at their local boards of election, or use the State Board of Elections' early voting lookup tool.
WRAL News has also provided a way for you to look up where and when you can cast an early ballot for the 22 counties in and around the Triangle. Click on the "plus" sign next to the county name to get the days and hours early voting will be available in each location. We also have compiled a personalized ballot and voter guide to help you make your ballots decisions.
