Tonight is gourmet buffet. Options include salad, pot roast, tacos, cheese with Ritz and fruit. I have a Skype conference call from 7:30 to 8:30 or 9:00 and that is normally our dinner time.

It's so nice out today I'm thinking about grilling some burgers tonight for dinner along with some asparagus. Either gnocchi or red skinned potatoes in a little parsley-butter sauce on the side. If I have time, I have a recipe I've been wanting to try for snickerdoodle blondies for dessert.
