We ended up having chicken enchiladas with fresh avocado and salsa. Side of rice.

Those beef kabobs really do sound good.

All the menus sound awesome! We ended up having a big lunch out yesterday, so no need for dimner or cooking. Yay! :)

Tonight is up in the air... maybe the eggplant we were supposed to have

The beef kabobs sound soooo good! Definitely need to add them to this week's menu.

Sounds yummy, LindaBates! We are cheddar cheese biscuits fans and have those planned for supper tonight, too :)

We will have a fish bake (FL deals last week along with their emailed extra 10% discount) and shrimp scampi (frozen/peeled deal combined with Kroger coupons a few weeks back). Everything served buffet-style including a salad bar (veggies included in FL 10% discount), olive oil roasted potatoes (HT VIC deal a couple weeks ago), fried okra (coupon frozen veggie freebies from Kroger), savory cheddar biscuits (HT cheese deal and $.97 bag of HT flour from a few months back), and raspberry/canteloupe medley (Kroger specials) topped with dollops of lemon yogurt.

So very thankful for the stores specials ... and couponing techniques that you've taught, Faye!! Makes a seafood meal surprisingly affordable!!

We did ihop $1 pancakes last night but I still managed to spend $20 for the three of us :). But there are leftovers though.
Tonight is beef kababs again with eggplant, green peppers and cherry tomatoes and brown rice on the side.
