Good deed not good sees......my phone needs a new brain :)

  • raesmom1612 May 18, 2016

I did my good sees for the day and made my BFF a bag of lunch for her to take to work today. It consisted of my beloved corn chowder, some oranges, pop tarts, peanuts, and a brownie. I am taking care of her daughter and she used to do it for me all the time when she took care of Rae. How the roles have reversed, but I dont m one staying home with the girls. All that being said. There is not enough corn chowder for both Rae and I so I put those chicken thighs in the oven with adobo, Italian seasoning and chicken stock and will serve with Mac and cheese and "trees"for Rae and I'll have my piece on a small salad.

Yes their dinners do sound good!!
I think it is a frozen pizza night for us with fresh steamed green beans.

Stas an and Meredith, both of your dinners sound really good!

Tonight I think we're borowing Raesmom's idea. Corn chowder with shrimp, Caesar salad on the side. I'm hoping Kroger has some fresh corn for a good price.

Tonight we are having orange chicken. I'm so excited! We've finally perfected our recipe so it takes just like take out :-) We'll have the chicken with peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, snap peas, and water chestnuts in the sauce all served over rice. Side salads and fresh cantaloupe to go with it.

Chicken enchiladas made from the BEST roast chicken (with melted onions) recipe I have ever tried. So easy but double the onions if you're an onion fan because they are that good.
