    Had peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, squash and eggplant stirfried, added mild pork sausage and parm cheese over rotini noodles. Side of garlic bread.

    Teecee-sour creme came in the bottle. I kept a bottle it came Iin and washed it. I buy the plain greek yoghurt a lot and just refill the bottle. My kids dont/wont eat sour creme but they will eat the yyoghurt. I'm the same way. Hubby loves sour creme but at our age (33 and 31) we have to watch calories and fat lol.
    Faye-quesadillas...yum! Add some pineapple to them...mmmmmm

    Great dinner everyone!

    Tonight we are having spinach, mushroom, onion and cheese quesadillas topped with chopped tomatoes and guacamole (Wholly guacamole bought during last HT super doubles).
    Sides of rice and corn.

    Nice Idea on the squeeze bottle for sour cream/yogurt !
    Did you make your own squeeze bottle ( like the ketchup/mustard ones)
    or did the sour cream come in one ??
    Your dinner sounds great -
    I love home-cooked pinto beans ( with a little homemade corn bread yum-yum )

    RFB-Greek prawn skewers? What time should I show up?
    It's rainy here in TN so the slow cooker made an appearance. My MIL is coming for supper since my FIL is out of town. I am making chicken for chicken tacos (chicken breast, leftover pinto beans I had cooked over the weekend, chile chipotle in adobo sauce, a pinch of homemade taco seasoning, some homemade Pico, frozen cilantro from the garden, zest of lime, chicken stock that I froze after roasting chicken a few weeks ago). We will have the chicken in wholewheat tortillas topped with cheese, plain Greek yoghurt (I kept the squeeze bottle from the sour creme and put greek yoghurt in it to help my mother in laws waistline since she asked for help lol. She just assumes its sour creme since it tastes so similar. ) made a pot of Spanish rice last night and will make a salad. MIL is bringing dessert-cut up fruit and chocolate sauce

    I've got some shrimp defrosting, and I'm going to use my grill pan to grill some Greek shrimp skewers, with a huge salad on the side.

    I pulled out staek for the hubby tonight. I may chop up a few pieces for my salad. Served with Rice and veggies. For dessert im thinking peanut butter cookies and I will finely chop (using the chopper) some walnuts from my friends walnut tree to add to the cookies.

    Tonight is probably going to be leftovers since they seem to be overtaking the fridge. I'm glad to have a night off from cooking!
