ThomasG~Love it!!! I'm sure my nephews would have a blast. They are between the ages of 10 and 13 and there's about 10 of them. Hubby keeps telling me that I need to really do something off the wall BC the boys are going to be uninterested soon lol. This year I had a magician, I think in January we will have a snowman building competition between families and a snow ball fight for the boys.....i like it BC its free 😊

    What a great idea !
I would love to get pictures of babies in the outfits I send/give them !
They grow so fast you may miss them wearing "your" item unless you saw them everyday .
As Ascherer said, good for anyone you possibly ship things to .
GOOD learning tool for little ones to learn faces/names as well for those they do not see often .

Snowball fight ! Sounds perfect to burn off some cabin fever !!
My grandson saw indoor snowballs on QVC the other day as he flipped channels they are made from batting -supposedly safe for indoor snowball fights - not around my wife's knick knacks lol !

Thank you notes are finished. My car has a new windshield. So I guess it is time to start making some dinner.

Granof2 - I love that idea. And it can be used for a lot more than a child's Birthday party. That would make a great confirmation that anything shipped to someone got there in the shape it was supposed to be in.

Granof2~I love that idea!!! Every year for Rae's bday I ALWAYS give everyone a picture of her as a party favor. Now a picture of that person and her sounds even better. Way more personal. Adding that to my bday ideas for Rae's Frozen party in January......im thinking of having a family "wanna build a snowman" competition (I mean its January in buffalo.....there is nothing but snow around, might as well play in it lol)

Tonight I will be having frittata that I made Saturday night. This time around it has tons of squash, zucchini, and kale. It turned out perfectly and will last at least another 2 meals after tonight :)

tonight : grilled salmon from friends trip to Alaska ; new potatoes from garden and salad - mix of my garden and handouts lol .

Raesmon & Nakabi - we have always tried to take photos of each child, the gift and the giver --that way we have a record of who gave what then we give the phots as a memento of the occassion with note from "child"
( some need adult help but even babies can "scribble")
.Now with digital cameras the photos can be made into the thank you notes at home or various photo centers ( Walgreens & CVS run some good deals ) . Makes an especially personal message for those who live far away
