    Wow... all these sound delicious! And booty-roo-my-cat- I've never done chicken legs on the grill... what a great idea! Also love the salad bar idea. I have a new favorite dressing- it's 1 part maple syrup (I used 1/2 c.), 1 part olive oil, 1 part Dijon mustard, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and some diced red onions. I love to make it up in a mason jar, shake it, and keep it in the fridge. It was so good on our grilled cobb salad.

    And tonight, we're doing steak and sweet potato hash (DH has been missing steak)!

    Tonight is spaghetti in a meat sauce with a side salad for DH and garlic bread for me. I will pickup one of the sauces with the extra veggies in it but we are only allowed to use Dreamfield pasta now. I am thankful pasta is still allowed in this house.

    Faye - I am with Raesmom1612. I love a salad bar where everyone can do their own thing to it.

    Faye what a wonderful dinner!!! I am on a health kick.....i was waiting to eat some of jdouglas' cheesecake before i started though lol.......healthy eating for me and work outs 5 days a week.....time to make a change! So what time will the salad be ready??? Is my 7:00pm arrival ok?? LOL

    Tonight will be prok chops with homemade mashed potatoes and some veggies for the other kale smoothie with lots of fruits for me....and maybe a salad (you inspired me Faye)

    Can you freeze kale?? I usually buy a big bag and can go thru it in about a week of smoothies.....but wanted to get 2 bags today at Aldi.

    Tonight we are having a salad bar with choices including green leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, onions, black olives, shredded cheese, croutons, dried cranberries, shredded Italian chicken leftover from Monday's chicken tacos, dressing of choice. Sides of Sister Shuberts Sweet Hawaiian rolls and cantaloupe.

    Thinking bbq chicken drumsticks on grill (if I get to FL before dinner time), potato salad and veggie.

    Chicken lo mein using HT chicken breast ($1.99 lb.), carrots and celery (0.47 marked down from HT), asparagus from sale at HT a few weeks ago and onions. Served with rice noodles that I found at Big Lots.
