I made pan fried pork chops with onions and mushrooms. Mashed potatoes and little corn on the cobbs. That burger and chili sound soooo good.

Nakabi- sounds delicious! And I'm with you... who needs a bun when you've got a ton of flavor! :-)

    All your menus sound good!
It's a nice sunny day so DH is going to grill turkey burgers topped with avacado slices, sauteed mushrooms and jalepenos. I'll have mine without the bun (have to stay away from carbs and sugar). We will have salad to go with them and cut up fruit for dessert.

I think we're going to do Baked Ziti using the Mama Mancini Meatballs on sale at HT. I checked out their website and was pretty impressed with their ingredients... and they had a fun video on this recipe. We'll see... but you can't beat that price! :-)

Does anyone know of a website that reviews food products? I'm always wondering (like with this product and the stuffed chicken breasts) what people think of them!

Last night I fixed the Chicken Pilaf someone posted in the What's for dinner Weekend. It was great, quick and easy to make. I especially liked the pecans in it. Thanks for the recipe.

Last night got a jump on dinner for tonight by using one of the BOGO chuck roasts diced up with Aldi potatoes and the last of the carrots from my sisters garden up north for a crockpot full of beef stew. Side salad and homemade bread will round it out.

Tonight we are having homemade alfredo pizza with spinach and turkey bacon on a Harris Teeter dough ball (on sale for $1 through Tuesday, 3/18) The alfredo pizza was a such a hit last week that I am making it again this week with the addition of spinach and cooked and crumbled turkey bacon. Side of fruit salad (did you see those awesome fruit deals at Aldi?!)
