I alsways forget to say what I'm having for dinner. Last night was leftover spaghetti sauce over ravioli supplemented with some meatballs I made and froze a while back.

Tonight was going to be chicken, but never made it to Lowes, so it will be hamburgers on the grill, salad with gorgonzola, and gncchi with a little sauce of butter, garlic, and parsley.

RFB, I hope you like the spaghetti squash! It's so good, even with just garlic/oil/parm.

Nakabi, what is chicken divine? Miss you! RFB, Nakabi makes the real deal saffron rice, too. Yum.

Well, when I was in HS, they sure never gave us good homework like that. Chocolate chips cookies sound really good about now. I've been craving them for days. Need to get my baking hat on!

Smoked low fat turkey franks on the grill (marked down at LF yesterday), pasta salad with veggies, pear slices.

AND for dessert: homemade chocolate chip cookies my 14 yr old made last night with chocolate chips, walnuts & oatmeal. Delicious! The cookies were actually an extra credit math assignment. There was a written conversions part and then they had to make the cookies. That's my kind of homework!

RFB-a great place to buy it is at the Farmers Market. That's where I used to buy it.

Lasagna Stuffed Spaghetti Squash- using BOGO beef from past FM, shredded mozzarella from HT today. I've not tried spaghetti squash before, so I'm excited. I was a bit bummed when it totaled almost $5 for 1, so will look for future sales. But all the other freebies today from HT well made up for it! Plus, it's so, so, so good for you :-)
