Oh Juaniiiitaaa, I have some eggs if you'd like to swap for cupcakes! ;)

I think I'm making some chicken stock from the carcass of the chicken we had last night, and will probably have chicken/veg/gnocchi soup with the garlic toast thingys I make.

Dijon Mustard Maple Syrup Glazed Chicken (BOGO split chicken breasts from Fresh Market yesterday) with a side of my fav. Green Beans with Balsamic Roasted Red Onions, Bacon and Goat Cheese (got a large bag of green beans from Fresh Market for under $3- and they actually look fantastic! Bacon from Smithfied HT sale today, leftover goat cheese)

Also, the pork chops were delicious yesterday! I marinated 4 thin cut bone-in chops in a 9x13 pan for about 6 hours with- 1 c. low sodium teriyaki sauce, 1/4c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. chicken broth, 2 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar and I removed the leaves from 2 rosemary stems and just threw them on top. After at least 4 hours bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, and delicious! I served with my corn casserole and roasted asparagus.

White Chicken Chili - I am putting boneless skinless chicken breasts in my ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER (love this appliance) with a packet of McCormick White Chicken Chili seasoning (only 12 cents with coupon) and water... press cook button and in 30 minutes, it is all done. Add drained canned black beans and a can of Rotel and it is ready to scoop with tortilla chips. Kids love it!
