I had planned to have baked chicken with a side of alfredo pasta and veggies tonight but forgot to get the chicken in all the craziness of the last few days! LOL

So, we are having the alfredo pasta (because my girls really wanted it instead of rice) with InnovAsian sweet and sour chicken (.99 at LF today with Super Doubles and coupon from and stir fry veggies.

meredith88 - that sounds delicious. It is even better because you don't have to make it! :-)

My husband is cooking a traditional Brasilian meal tonight. White rice and black beans (both from sales at HT) with fried eggs (from our chickens in the back yard) and fresh lettuce and tomatoes (from Aldi).

    Tacos, rice.

Taco meat already done in the freezer, cheese lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream to top.

I'm doing my deconstructed tamales but instead of the corn bread, I'm going to fry up corn tortillas for tacos :-) Pork Roast 1/2 price at FL, beef broth, OJ and onions on sale. Had spices. Then for the bean mix- black, pinto beans, cut up tomatoes, onion and corn from past sales, had green chilies and spices. Sour cream and salsa on sale too. The only thing I didn't get on sale was the corn tortillas :-(
