We're doing garlic pepper steak and potatoes on sale from HT, and I'm looking forward to a few of the leftover Lasagna Cupcakes which ended up being Chicken, Sage and Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna Petals (they looked so pretty- like flowers :-)

jdouglas- that's funny... and reminds me of a favorite book growing up- Bread and Jam for Frances :-)

LOL, jdouglas that is usually the case but I have a ton of homemade soup that I put in the freezer so it will be my go to for a while.

Tonight we're having what's left of the beef roast from the other night. I just haven't decided to turn it into a shepherd's pie or into stroganoff over noodles. In either case, I have a big bag of green beans that are quickly approaching the use it or lose it category, so we will definitely be having some of them as well.

Oxy-yum! What time are you serving? ;)

Careless, you are generous to offer another option for dinner. When I was a kid, if you didn't like what my Mom cooked, your alternative was a piece of bread. Although my palate was certainly expanded with some of the wild and crazy food she made, I did eat my share of bread! LOL

Leftover spaghetti and meatballs. If anyone has a problem with that then grilled cheese and soup will be their dinner.

Sounds like you have everyone covered, Oxy. :-)

We are having teriyaki tofu, stir fry veggies and rice for dinner.

Vichyssoise! The leeks looked too good, I just couldn't resist.

Found some fancy-shmancy cheeses on markdown, and with a recent request for baked macaroni, I'll also be making that.

Between the two, everyone should be happy.
