Funny you should mention the eye round roast, Faye. I picked one up yesterday while we were in Apex and plan to roast it tonight. Mashed potatoes, gravy, and something green on the side.

Careless, enjoy your hibachi! I love hibachi. One of the few restaurant meals I really like.

Italian pork chops in the crockpot with red potatoes and carrots. Will probably steam some rice for the child that doesn't like potatoes. Who doesn't like potatoes?!?

Steak fajitas. (I was going to have beef stew but was overruled).

I think we'll have leftovers tonight, too. Smoked sausage with sauerkraut, hash brown potatoes, and tossed salad.

I had planned to make the boneless eye of round in the oven for French dip sandwiches, but Lowes Foods was out of the meat when I went yesterday so I got a raincheck.

Instead, we are having leftover veggie and beef soup from Monday night and grilled cheese sandwiches, which makes my kids happy. :-) Side of pear slices.
