Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, this may give you some helpful ideas for what to make with all the great deals you have bought on sale recently.

I know I am very late posting but I am in Dallas now. Tonight was a cheese & fruit plate at the bar in the hotel. During Happy Hour (5:30 to 6:30), you get 2 free glasses of wine or beer and the menu is all items half off. If I am going to eat at the hotel - it is going to be during Happy Hour.

We're having what we always have when I get back from the folks... pasta. Haven't decided if it is ravioli in sauce with Italian sausage or mac & cheese with what I hope is some still good broccoli :)

We need to get more gas for the grill, hopefully tomorrow, along with some fresh veggies, and my DW will start to see a lot more healthy food and veggies on her plate!

Rotisserie Chicken cooked on the grill with our rotiserrie spit seasoned with garlic powder, very little season salt, and Italian seasonings, corn on the cob and some kind of potato for my oldest daughter and me, and pasta salad for rest of family. Been wanting the chicken for two days now but have gotten home too late to cook it. But we should be home all day Wednesday.

We are having turkey tortilla rolls ups and Greek pasta salad with some kind of fruit from the local farm stand. Probably watermelon because we all love it!
