    We are having chicken tenders with mac n cheese, corn & Sister Schubert rolls.

    Chicken fried rice made with $1/99 chicken, free rice and a bag of stir fry vegies found lingering in the back of the freezer.

    We are having:

    Spaghetti and marinara (spaghetti is my daughter's favorite meal and we usually have it at least once a week for lunch or dinner)


    Ceasar salad

    kat08858 - I bet they will be delicious. I was just thing the other day that it was been too long since we have had stuffed peppers. Stuffed tomatoes sound great too!

    How much was that chicken sausage, quemaster?! LOL That's funny about your wife and her love of peas. I HATE them and my kids always give me grief because when I serve them, I have to make another vegetable for me. I just cannot take the texture of those pasty little things. :-(

    Grilled Al Fresco chicken sausage that was FREE during super doubles. Serving over seasoned basmati rice. Peas on the side because my wife LOVES peas. Side salad.

    Baked stuffed tomatoes - a new vegetarian recipe I am trying - stuff the tomatoes with quinoa, green chili, fresh corn, and lots of cheese :) (all farmers market, backyard, and HT buys)

    Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausages (casing removed) crumbled and sauteed with onions, boiled whole wheat wide noodles and a jar of Classico four cheese alfredo sauce... mix and pour in 9x9 pan, bake at 350* for 25 minutes and serve... yummmmm!
