What's on your menu tonight?

We had the spinach and mushroom quiche you see in the picture for dinner last night.

You can find the recipe at dianadarling.net. I used sauteed garlic, fresh spinach and mushrooms as well as a Mexican shredded cheese mix and parmesan cheese. I also whisked in 3/4 cup of 1% milk with the eggs and used pepper and Italian seasoning. I do not include the nutmeg. The addition of the cream cheese is so delicious.
