I think tonight we will be having a breakfast casserole. I've got half a bag of Ore Ida hashbrowns in the freezer from a past HT sale, eggs in the fridge, peppers, onions, bacon bits and lots of cheese. Sides will be green grapes from the FL sale ending today and maybe some Grand's biscuits from a past HT sale. Dessert will be more ice cream after we unpack another room full of boxes :-)

Lindabates, you always make such a nice dinner every night. I think my DW is envious! ;)

    Happy Birthday, Ilivefancy! Enjoy!

Well, I can tell you what we had for dinner last night... cauliflower gratin and Italian sausage all on one sheet pan. Foil lined of course. I'm embarrassed to add a spoonful of PB & J for dessert. Clearly I need to do better in the dessert department.

Tonight I think we're having a meatloaf that's already made (if it defrosts in time) with mashed potatoes and green beans (sorry Princess, I'm stealing them)!

While I'm digging around the freezer looking for the meatloaf, I'm going to pull out a London broil to marinate from a FL sale earlier this summer. Maybe the weather will cooperate and I can grill it tomorrow night.

Tonight we are having Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage and Veggie Frittata (see recipe link above), crescent rolls, grapes. I need to use up some of the many dozens of .69 eggs I scored at Walgreens last week! Here's the recipe:

lindabates - good thinking on only using the oven once for 2 meals. And that bacon chicken bake.....YUM!

Making 2 meals tonight since I'm gonna heat up the house I figured I would go ahead and cook tomorrow's dinner as well and it'll be a huge time saver since I am working late tomorrow.
Tonight: baked pork chops, pasta salad, buttered corn, rolls

Tomorrow: chicken bake: chicken breast, Sweet baby rays bbq sauce, Cheese and bacon. Sides of broccoli and loaded mash potatoes.
